UX Writer - MDFB
MSB is looking for a skilled UX Writer to join our creative team. This role will contribute to enhancing user experience by creating clear, concise, and consistent content for our digital products. On top of that, you will play a key part in creating user-friendly content, understanding the needs of bank customers, effectively communicating banking terms, and helping users easily use our banking services and products for a seamless experience.
+ Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the UX/UI design and cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, product developers, compliance officers) to create content that improves customer satisfaction and meets business objectives.
- Write and optimize UI content including messages, instructions, alerts, error messages, and feature descriptions.
- Ensure content is inclusive and easily understood by a broad range of bank users.
- Develop internal documentation and content guidelines to ensure all departments understand the content strategy.
- Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and continuously improve content based on real data.
- Maintain consistency in voice and tone across all digital channels and products.
- Continuously update and improve content based on new UX trends and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Linguistics, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in UX writing or technical writing, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to make complex concepts simple and understandable for all users.
- Knowledge of technology, strong research abilities, and good documentation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with departments such as design, product development, and marketing.
- Familiar with design tools like Figma or other UX writing software is a plus.
