Yêu cầu công việc:
1. Experience required:
- Practical experience implementing Agile practices in squads;
- Experience working as a Scrum Master/PO in a bank;
- Proven understanding of Scrum/SAFe frameworks along with good knowledge of business and technology
- Experience in people management/people enablement role - being an enabler of others, relentlessly identifying & removing obstacles
2. Technical competencies:
- Mastery of Agile practices and ways of working
- Ability to influence behaviour without formal org hierarchy
- Excellent communication and people-interaction skills
- Agile Team Facilitation/Associate Certified Coach/Scrum Master certification preferred
