About the roles:
The Design Team will be responsible for designing the solutions for MSB digital products, including MSB Website, MSB mobile apps for Retail and Business customers. You are the driver for research, concept, design, prototyping and validation of ideas with users.
Your tasks:
- Work closely with product squad to define product issues, make hypothesis, provide interactive and visual solutions for specific Customer Journey
- You will be the part of Design Team and help with the further development of our design system
- Collaborate with Strategic Designers and Researchers to get insights, create userflow, wireframing, create prototype, conduct User Research, benchmarking and find solutions
- Utilize design tools to deliver high quality UI and Interaction
- Communicate product requirements and user flows to Development Team
Qualifications:
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Digital Design or a related field.
2. Experience
- At least 3 years experience designing for website, mobile application
- Previous experience in financial services or bank would be benefit
3. Skills/ Knowledge
- Understanding of Interaction Design, usability and information architecture practice
- Good multitask skills, open-minded, willing to learn.
- Good skills in User Interface and Visual Aesthetic Sensitivity
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end flexible UX and UI design process
- Great team spirit. Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources
