Data and Reporting:
• Create and maintain data in a sense that it can be re-used in different ways for different purposes.
• Communicate and align with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data requirements.
• Analyze datasets to define metrics (both financial and non-financial metrics), reports and visualizations mostly for performance management.
• Build data model and use data visualization tools to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling. Understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns to provide meaningful insights.
Customer Insight Analysis:
• Using analytical approach and model (segmentation and descriptive) to identify meaningful and actionable customer insights from various data sources.
• Using analytic techniques to segment customers and find out tactical segments of targeted customers, and test hypothesis of whether customers like our offerings.
• Use that information to better understand our customers through time.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Quantitative Analytics
• 5+ year of relevant experience in areas of data analytics, reporting and planning. Experience in Banking Industry is a big plus.
• Experience in data query and analytic tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python, SPSS …)
• Experience in building reporting using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, IBM Cognos …)
• Experience communicating complex analysis and models across a diverse team
• Experience in data management, data modeling and ETL
• Deep understanding of Information Security principles to ensure compliant handling and management of data
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices and scrum methodology
• Experience working in sAgile teams to support digital transformation projects
