Job requirement
- English Level expected (1-10, 10 being native speaker): 7
- Years of Experience (Range is fine:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Tech Skills expected:
- Highly efficient and comfortable working with technology in a professional office environment
- Previous exposure to enterprise technology architecture is a big plus
- Experience working with financial services is a big plus
- Tech Tools expected to Know:
- Microsoft Office and other productivity tools to support remote collaboration workflows
- Project / People Skills expected:
- Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to learn
- Outstanding academic performance and a strong record of extracurricular activity
- Results and clients oriented
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Team spirit, communication skills, and mental agility
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure
- Industry experience expected:
- Experience with financial institutions and banking sector implementations is a big plus
